Mutant cow born with four eyes and two faces

A four-eyed mutant calf has been born in China with two heads and two mouths which is is able to feed with.

The little animal was born with the unusual features after it is suspected to have experienced some sort of genetic mutation while still inside its mother's uterus.

Villager Feng Wenhong has shared images of the calf online from the remote village of Donggou, in north-western China's Shaanxi province.

Feng feared the little calf did not have long to live and said it could not stand up.

She said: "All the other calves were very normal. They brought our family about £676 to £789 income.

"I didn't notice it at first. I thought the calf's head was just bigger than usual, but as I walked closer I realised it had two heads.

"It can drink from both mouths and seems to be quite stable, but the poor thing can't stand," Feng said.
