The Acting General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) John Boadu, has disclosed that the Eastern Region will host the party’s 2018 National Delegates Conference in June.
The NPP will use the June conference to elect new national executives to man the affairs of the party for the next four years.
Addressing about 644 delegates during the party’s regional conference in Koforidua Saturday, Mr. John Boadu, commended the region for voting massively for the party in previous elections.
He urged members to work hard to support President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo –Addo’s vision to transform the country.
The conference, which was on the theme, "Consolidate Grassroots Gains in 2020 and Beyond", brought together all NPP Members of Parliament in the Eastern Region, MMDCES party founding members and sympathizers
The occasion was used to elect new executives to steer affairs of the party in the next four years.
