Reports reaching atinkaonline.com indicate that some passengers have been stranded in Takoradi as commercial drivers demonstrate against the deplorable state of roads in the area.
Some of the drivers who spoke to Atinka FM’s Western Regional correspondent, Mathew Dadzie expressed their displeasure with the current state of the roads in the area; they accused the authorities of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of turning a deaf ear to their plight.
The drivers have since threatened to embark on series of demonstrations in the Metropolis until the roads are fixed.
