Woman dies few hours after being asked to replace Duncan Nsor at work

In less than 24 hours, the woman who was named to temporary take over from the interdicted Regional Director, Duncan Nsor yesterday has passed on.
The Wa Municipal Director, Ms Theresa Ninang Sung-Abo who died few hours after being asked to take over from the interdicted Regional Director did not even start work before she died.
It is unknown what might have caused her sudden death, but reports indicate she was fit when she was asked to take over the position of Mr Nsor temporary.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) interdicted Mr Duncan Nsor to facilitate investigations into some allegations levelled against him.
The allegations, according to GES included circumstances surrounding the auctioning of a track belonging to Wa School for the Deaf.
According to the GES, the vehicle at the time of auctioning was under the care of Mr Nsor who refused to inform the school and the Director-General of the development.
Others were allegations of bribery in the appointment of some Heads of some second cycle schools in the Region and alleged deduction of monies from some allowances due to some teachers in the Region.
In a statement by the GES, it asked Mr Nsor to ,”hand-over the office to the Wa Municipal Director of Education, who is by a copy of this letter directed to take temporal responsibility for the Region during the period of the interdiction.”
Meanwhile, the supposed replacement for Mr Nsor, Ms Theresa Ninang Sung-Abo could not make it the next day to see her new office.

INTERDICTION OF OFFICER MR DUNCAN NSOR

I write to inform you that, you have been interdicted with immediate effect.
Your interdiction is to facilitate investigations into some allegations levelled against you, which include;

Please you should stand prepared to appear before an Investigation Committee that, the Director-General is setting up to investigate the allegations.
