128 students out of the 1,820 candidates who sat for entrance exams passed to be admitted which according to the students is a mere ploy to prevent them from being lawyers.

The demonstration which begun at the Premises of the Ghana School of Law in Makola was supposed to end at the Jubilee House where the demonstrators were to present a petition to the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The presentation did not materialize as protestors are sprayed with water and Tear gas to prevent entry into the Jubilee house.
