Tic to tell musical story with #IamTiCconcert at Bukom Arena on December 21

 

Award-winning hiplife musician, Tic, born Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah, is set to stage one of the biggest concerts in Ghana this December.

The concert dubbed #IamTiCConcert will endorse the TiC brand as well as tell the story of the "Kangaroo" hitmaker  on stage. 

#IamTiCconcert will be held at the Bukom Arena in Accra on the 21st December, 2018. 

Tic in an exclusive interview with Atinkaonline.com stated that the concert is an endorsement of the TiC brand after years of using Tic Tac. 

He noted that the event will, aside telling the story behind his musical story, celebrate good Ghanaian music as well as Ghanaian artistes.

"#IamTiCconcert is a night of comedy and music which will usher all TiC fans as well as Ghanaians into the Christmas season. Christmas is a season of merry making and fun and the concert is here to take care of all that", he added.

Billed to perform at the concert include VVIP, Kwame Eugene, Kidi, Guru, Tinny, Nii Funny, Prince Bright, Nero X, article Wan, Donzy, A.K songstress, Ayesem and other amazing acts.

Tickets for the concert goes for GHs20 and GHS50 for regular and standard stands respectively.

Tic re-branded in April 2018 after years of using stage name Tic Tac.

The artiste has to his credit several hit songs including “Kangaroo”,  “Kwani Kwani”, Pene mame, “Philomena”, Fefenefe with Tony Tetula  etc.

Tic's 2006 single "Kangaroo"  topped MTV's Base Africa charts.

At the 2005 Ghana Music Awards, he had a record nine nominations.
