The Suhum Police Command in the Eastern Region on Tuesday arrested a man for allegedly stealing 18 goats.
The Suhum Police Commander, Supt Joseph Owusu, told the media that the gentleman identified as Yaw Antwi, was arrested upon a tip-off.
The stolen goats were being conveyed in a VW Passat with registration number TG 6383- Z from Nkawkaw to Accra.
The suspect, Yaw Antwi, 35, who was arrested at Nsawam Doboro, is a resident of Awoshie in Accra. His accomplice, who managed to escape has been identified as Asamoah.
Chief Supt Joseph Owusu has, however, called on Ghanaians to feed the police with information whenever they suspect any form of criminality.
