Stonebwoy named Sanitation Ambassador for Ashaiman

Dancehall icon, Livingston Etse Satekla known in showbiz circles as Stonebwoy, has been made the Sanitation Ambassador for Ashaiman.

The "Kpo Keke" hit maker was introduced  at a Sanitation Fair organised by the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly in collaboration with UNICEF  on Wednesday.

He was honoured at a Sanitation Fare the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly in collaboration with UNICEF held in Ashaiman. The fare which was patronised by sanitation wares companies, toilet construction firms with artistic works from school pupils seeks to concientise residents about how to reuse waste materials as well as to connect residents with modern toilet construction firms.

Presenting a plaque of citation to him, Stonebouy said Ashaiman has come far and that residents must do away with negative habits such as open deification and indiscriminate littering and disposal of refuse. 

Stonebouy said unlike years back when all kinds of unpleasant names were associated with Ashaiman, the Municipality has made giant strides to the extent that even distinguished personalities both in Ghana and abroad are yearning to identify themselves with Ashaiman presently.

After conferring the honour on him, the Dancehall legend, on behalf of the the people pledged to shun insanity behaviours and take to sound sanitation practices to make the Municipality clean at all times. He promised to work assiduously to help move Ashaiman to an enviable pedestal.
