Sammy Gyamfi is the new Communications Officer for the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to provisional results from the party’s 9th National Delegates Congress being held at the Trade Fair Center in La, the young and vibrant politician garnered 6225 votes while main challenger Fred Agbenyo polled 2069 votes .
Kwaku Boahen and Montie 3 hero, Godwin Ako Gunn will assist Sammy Gyamfi as Deputy Communications Officers per provisional results from the Delegates Congress being held at the Trade Fair Center
Boahen retained his position with 2847 votes while Ako Gunn grabbed 1816 votes. Alhaji Mohammed Nasiru Seidu had 1637 votes, Muhammed Nurullah Iddrisu -472 votes and Mahama Seidu Samuel got 373 votes.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) over the weekend had its 9th National Delegates Congress at the Fantasy Dome of the International Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
About 9,000 delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) voted to elect new executives ahead of the 2020 elections.
