Politicizing COVID-19 is plain irresponsibility -Oppong Nkrumah

The Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has stated that politicization of  Covid-19 is plain irresponsibility .
Speaking at a press conference, the Minister stated that persons from both the NPP and DNC who engage in peddling such false news will be punished irrespective of their party colours.
This  follows  the sharing fake news that Ghana had recorded about 1064 cases when it had not been confirmed by the Ghana Health Service.
Meanwhile, the figure of Ghana’s confirmed cases  was 566 and as at April 14th, 2020.  It now stands at 566 with 10 deaths recorded.
