The EC has stated that it will provide appointments to each political party during the filing of the nomination forms in order to pay attention to them respectively.

This was made known by the EC Chairperson, Mr Jean Mensa at the ‘Let the Citizens Know’ series held in Accra on Monday, September 14, 2020.
The filling period, the EC said has also been increased from two days to five days so that parties can make corrections on their forms to prevent the issue of disqualifying a number of parties due to inability to fill forms correctly.

Meanwhile, the nomination, which opened from Monday, September 14th 2020 has been made available on the EC’s online platforms for all registered political parties to access it.
The EC also made it known that it will receive forms from 5th to 9th October 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 to 5p.m. every day.
