The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has announced that Chairman of the party, Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo is to appear at the Justice Asiedu’s Commercial High Court No. 1 on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 8.a.m.
He is to appear in court with his counterpart, the Deputy National Communications Officer of the NDC, Mr Kwaku Boahen to answer charges arising out of the contents of an alleged leaked tape.
The charges preferred against the two are conspiracy to harm and assault against a public officer.
In statement signed by the Director of Communications for the NDC, Kakra Essamuah, it indicated that the two, had denied the charges, leveled against them.
