Chief Executive Officer for the Tobinco Group of Companies, Nana Amo Tobbin I, has encouraged Ghanaian workers to enhance their passion towards work.

The business kingpin was speaking on Atinka TV’s morning show, Ghana Nie, with Abena Dufie Asare Agyapong as part of May Day celebration.

Nana Samuel Amo Tobbin who is also the Gyantoahene of Apinto Divisional Stool, Tarkwa Awodua in the Western Region said the attitude of Ghanaian workers is the reason why employers usually go in for expatriates.

According to him, the passion with which expatriates work is out of this world.

Tobinco who has several business interests in a number of foreign countries recounted how these workers go about their everyday duties.

“I have not worked for any company in Ghana. I started selling drugs in smaller quantities before making enough money to travel. I must say that the way these expatriates worked motivated me. Most of them did about two to three jobs a day and they executed all three with equal passion without any resentment”, Tobinco told Dufie Asare Agyapong.

Nana Samuel Amo Tobbin encouraged Ghanaians to emulate the expatriates and tap into their passion and drive for work.
