Kronkron has made impacts, band leaders reveal

Prior to the grand finale of Atinka TV's big band reality show, leaders of the various bands have confirmed how the competition has transformed their lives.

Speaking on the morning show of the station's morning show, Ghana Nie, some of the leaders shared their experiences while they appealed to their fans to vote for them.

Leader of Joyful Singers (JS) band, Abigail Asumang said the group is still preparing to ensure that they come out well at the grand finale.

On behalf of the JS band, she assured their fans that the team will not disgrace them at the grand finale.

"We will make our fans feel good and also make them taste how sweet Christianity is," she said.

Impact

Through Kronkron, Abigail noted that the bible quiz session has motivated her to read the bible for long.

Unlike before the days before the Kronkron, she said she did not have time to study the bible and could only know the word of God at church.

"I am able to have time to study the bible well due to the bible quiz session and it has helped me a lot," she said.

The Leader of Nkwa.life, Prince Kwame Nkrumah also confirmed that Kronkron has transformed him and his band a lot.

According to him, he could not stand in front of people to perform confidently like he does now.

"Kronkron has really helped us achieve a lot. Before, we could not really stand in front of people to sing the way we do, but due to Kronkron, we are able to do more," he said.

Nkrumah promised the fans of Nkwa.life that they will deliver the best at the grand finale and therefore their fans should expect more.

"Our fans should expect the best from us come March 10, we will not disgrace them. We have some performances they do not have an idea of. We are however calling on them to come and support us," he said.

On the other hand, the Leader of ADM, Cyril Solomon also confirmed that kronkron has exposed to Ghanaians that the Catholic Church is dynamic when it comes to gospel music.

"Although the Catholic church is known for certain types of songs, Kronkron has made people see that the Catholic Church is not boring and that we are capable of doing any form of music to glorify God," he said.

Cyril also made it known that the bible quiz session of the programmed has pushed them to learn and know more about the bible.

Meanwhile, he added that, "We feel good about being part of the finalists because it was 51 bands that auditioned and then 24 was selected for the competition and we  are very proud we are part of the 10 finalists. We believe we can win."

Cyrill called on fans to vote for them, adding that they will deliver to the satisfaction of their fans.

The leader of the FM, Elvis Chartey, also appreciated how kronkron has enable him to learn a lot when it comes to worship.

"The bible quiz has also encouraged us the instrumentalists to learn and know the bible well," he said.

However, he was sure that his band will win the competition by the grace of God.

"We will win by the grace of God. We are coming with vim and everyone should expect something different. We are calling on our fans to vote for us and we will not disappoint them," he added.
