Stakeholders of the Atinka TV’s big band reality show, ‘Kronkron” on Thursday held a meeting to finalise preparations towards the grand finale.
Present at the meeting was the head of bands, faculty members, planning committee and Managers of the Atinka Media Village (AMV) to ensure that the grand finale is a success.
The Managing Director of AMV, Mr Albert Kwabena Dwumfour who noted that the events had progressed over the weeks said he was sure of a successful grand finale.
“It is going to be a packed event on that day. We have different performances that will make you forget your worries,” he assured the public.
Despite the challenges that confronted the show, Mr Dwumfour stated that, “This programme has come to stay and it is going to be better in the second edition.”
He urged the public, especially supporters of the various bands to attend the programme on time in order to secure seats inside the auditorium of the National Theatre come March, 10, 2019.
Meanwhile, Mr Dwumfour made it known that the prizes that will be awarded to the winners will be out-doored before the finals to encourage the bands to work hard for the ultimate.
Endorsing the grand finale of Kronkron, one of the Judges, Mr Ernest Kwesi Ennin, urged the band's to come on board with the spirit of winning.
He also called on the public to come and support the groups to enable their favourite bands excel.
A Faculty Member on the reality show, Rev. Brother. Pious Agyeman SVD also endorsed the programme, calling on Ghanaians to come and throw their weights behind the various bands.
