FIFA bans Samuel Inkoom for refusing to pay agent $65,000

Ghana’s defender, Samuel Inkoom, has been slapped  with another one-year ban by FIFA for disobeying a court order.

Inkoom defaulted  in paying an agent he cheated in a transfer deal in 2014 and this has since caused his career to tumble after moving to FC Basel.

In June 2017, the 29-year-old former Asante Kotoko player was instructed to either pay Curtis Willet a sum of $65,000 or serve a one-year ban. The former however failed to pay the money, thus the ban.
