Don’t take your marital issues to pastors – Hannah Marfo

Celebrated Gospel Musician and song writer, Hannah Marfo, has advised couples to desist from taking their marital issues to pastors and counselors.

The “Akristofoo Adooso” hitmaker said this in response to whether or not she has ever had to deal with marital issues with her Pastor.  

Speaking to Kaakyire Ofori Ayim on Atinka FM’s AM Drive, Hannah Marfo hinted that she is human and bound to make mistakes likewise her husband.

According to Hannah Marfo no one is perfect and marital issues are bound to come but the most important aspect of it all is to be able to deal with it amicably without anyone’s intervention.

She called on married couples to be content and accept their partners faults and help them work on it other than reporting to “outsiders”.

Using her marraiage as an example, she noted that she has never gone through her husband’s phone eversince she got married likewise her husband.

She hinted that they trust each other and that has sustained her marriage.

“ No where is cool and even pastors have issues. Pastors go to God in prayers with their issues and we all can do same. I don’t believe in bothering pastors with marital issues. I will rather talk to my God in prayers”, Hannah Marfo told Kaakyire Ofori Ayim.

Hannah Marfo who has been in the music business for over 27 years says she is not retiring anytime soon.

She has hit songs such as Meda W’ase, Nyame Ye Nyame, Anigyie, Yesu Nti, Dabenda, “Papa Muo Bone Muo”, “Akristofoo Adooso” among others.
