Deputy Info Minister & hubby rock Val's Day outfit

The Deputy Information Minister, Nana Dokua Asiamah Adjei and her husband, Charles Bissue, the Former Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee have joined the world to celebrate the Valentine’s Day which falls on February 14th.
