An Accra circuit Court has sustained a submission of no case filed by lawyers of Sarah Kwablah and three others.
Asamoah Gyan, Black Stars’ captain was accused of raping one Sarah Kwablah. The Captain also accused Sarah Kwablah with whom he had sex of trying to make money from him because of his status.
But an Accra Court presided over by Her Honour Afia Agbanu Kumador has sustained the submission of no case filed on the basis that the prosecution had not been able to prove that a prima facie case has been established against the accused persons.
The other three are Chris Handler and Ekow Micah.
