Coronavirus: Akufo-Addo orders lockdown of Accra, Kumasi for two weeks

The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has ordered the restriction of movement of persons in Accra and Kumasi for two weeks in order to stop the spread of coronavirus.
By his order, people under affected areas can only come out of their homes to get essential items such as food, water or to use public toilets.
Per his directive, Riders on motorbikes in Accra, Tema  Kasoa and Kumasi are not allowed to carry extra persons while public transports observe social distancing by picking fewer number of people.
He made the statement while updating the public for the fourth time on the state of Ghana with regards to the deadly coronavirus outbreak.
He confirmed that so far, Ghana has recorded 137, four deaths, two total recoveries while 53 are receiving treatment and are doing well.
He said Ghana has succeeded in halting any importation of the virus into the country due to the compulsory quarantine.
