Son of the late Vice President, Alhaji Aliu Mahama, Alhaji Farouk Aliu Mahama has urged all muslims to continue to live by the principles of Islam even as they exit the holy month of Ramadan.
He also encouraged Muslims to love each other, have hatred for none and continue to support him on his ‘Project Yendi agenda’.
In a press statement to wish all Muslims well on the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr, he said,”I encourage us all to celebrate with discretion and in moderation. Each soul of Yendi is needed beyond this Eid to build our proud town.”

ALHAJI FAROUK ALIU MAHAMA EID MESSAGE TO ALL MUSLIMS.
Upon the arrival of a new crescent moon, I send my warmest greetings to all Muslims in Yendi and the world over as we celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr. I also congratulate all Muslims for having gone through the holy month of Ramadan successfully.
It is my prayer that, the prayers offered during this holy month will receive answers from Almighty Allah. May Allah replenish each and every Muslim for our dedication to fast and pray for the peace and development of Yendi and the nation as a whole.
I will urge us all to continue to live by the principles of Islam even as we exit the holy month of Ramadan, love each other, have hatred for none and to continue to support in my Project Yendi agenda.
