Ahanta West MP, Kojo Kum, is Minister designate for Chieftaincy

The Member of Parliament for Ahanta West Constituency in the Western Region, Ebenezer Kojo Kum, has been appointed Minister designate for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs.

The lawmaker is also a member of the ECOWAS Parliament.

He is also the former Vice Chair of the Constitutional, Legal affairs and Parliamentary Committee of Parliament.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, today, Thursday, 21st January 2021, submitted to parliament a list of proposed Ministers and Regional Ministers.

The list has been submitted for the process of their prior approval for appointment, in accordance with the dictates of the Constitution.

This development was revealed in a statement signed by the Director of communications at the Presidency, Mr. Eugene Bentum Arhin.
