#AFCON19: Black Stars back in Ghana after painful elimination from tournament

The Senior National team of Ghana, Black Stars, have finally touched down in the country after their elimination from the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Thursday morning after their abysmal performance at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
A contingent comprising players, technical and management team landed in Ghana in the wee hours of Thursday.
The Black Stars suffered an elimination from the 32nd edition of the tournament after losing 5-4 on penalties to Tunisia in the round of 16 last Monday.
Four players namely Kassim Adams, Kwadwo Asamoah, Andy Yiadom and Thomas Teye Partey left for their clubs to start preseason.
Jonathan Mensah also left for America to continue his recovery process at Columbus Crew.
Ghana is yet to clinch the Africa Cup of Nations title since 1982.
